But sparkling capes? Nahh they feel so last year to me... I would prefer sparkling tights  Have better aerodynamics than capes so much they increase your sprint speed and simultaneously adding 5% stamina...

Maybe something to accompany EVE Online Rubicon expansion on 19th November, right about time for 1.6 Uprising patch. Strangely all goodies where shifted up the road beyond 1.7 Uprising patch. |
