He should be a bonus target that randomly and unexpectedly pops up, but since he's weak and a coward, he just runs away and hide behind stronger enemies.
It must be difficult to find him, but once you kill him, that gives you a gazillion points (and relative SP and ISK bonus).
There should be always at least one Scotty in every match, but it might be necessary to score a certain amount of ponts to make him appear.
10 mercs out of 10 want him ti suffer.

No, if they want to add him, then there shouldn't always be one in every match. He should be very rare and hard to find. And killing him wouldn't give you gazillion points, but an achievement. That is far more realistic, if you want to have scotty ingame. |
