Im curious about the posts ive read claiming improved hit detection. I find none of this and am finally leaving the shotgun after using it on every suit i own since chromosome (except my AV fit of course)
Is there improvement for certain types of internet connection over others?
I am just noticing reduced and erratic damage, coupled with more delay between trigger and hit...
Im on adsl, and after a long and faithful wait, i am abandoning the SG. |

Anyone that says it's better is bullshit or has only used it once. Performance for the shotties is the same as 1.3, and actual performance is lowered because of the fact that Scouts are even more paper with the aimbot. |

I see a tremendous improvement in the shotgun hit detection this build compared to before. It's the only thing that makes me love scouts..that and pistols. |

I messed around with it today, had no problems hitting stuff. Working well for me at least. |

shotgun has never worked better as it does in this build. At least for me and i have been playing awhile |

^ Like I said...... I'm pretty accurate with my shotties, missing at the most 3-4 shots before I die fighting another scout, and that's while sprinting in and out, and jumping. Half of those shots don't even register. I had to shoot at a heavy sniper (he didn't know I was there for a long time lol) for like 9 shots before he died, and I missed one. That's how bad it is. |

What? Every 3rd shot wouldn't even register in 1.3
The first 2 days of 1.4, they were awful. Now they are much better and more reliable then 1.3 as well. |

I cant cant comment for certain on that. I am sure there is more delay between pressing the trigger and dealing damage, which as a shotty u simply dont have time for. Maybe im impatient, but this is frustrating as ****

I got quite mixed results and therefore I am not sure if thsi is related to the old hit detection bug or simply a laggy connection :/. But in the end i doesn't really matter as the shotgun seems not as reliable as it could be... |
