Now as useless the solar system was it was still the only thing to stare at in your room. I would appreciate something to do in my room besides walking around my table.

I sit at my starmap, sorting through the systems and the only darn planets I see are ones with districts. I can't zoom in on the cool gas giants and I even saw one that was really white. Secondly, there are no beautiful cosmos in this starmap! I thought that part of the map was so cool, it was a cool part of Dust at the time for me.....a year ago plus. It is kind of rare to find what I call a "New Eden Interest" enthusiasm in fellow players on this forum, (when, let's face it, the forum's about an face-shooting FPS). One of the exceptional things that sets this game apart from "other" fun shooters is that it can take the opportunity, and DOES, to insert a lot of NON-combat environmental details. Every weekend I dedicate some time to the Starmap, and TRY to stay clued into our connection to the EVE/ New Eden mindset. It's not easy when we still don't have a LOT of interaction with EVE players yet (YET). So count me in! If you start lobbying to put a New Eden piece of decoration in my Merc Quarters, I'll sign up with joy. Does anyone know where I can find an image of this early version you're describing? Is there a picture of it somewhere, out of curiosity?
