Describe your favorite moments involving our horrible draw distance mechanics.
Snipers and vehicle operators especially.
My personal favorite has to be when I turn the corner on a group of infantry in my tank and I see chevrons until they are one tank length away. Maybe it is the installations that disappear when I go into first person in my tank. No no no. It's the invisible swarms that everyone thinks don't exist yet account for at least half of the swarms that hit my tank.
Objects not rendering at distances within 100m? We never had this problem during Chromosome.
Come on CCP. This is absolutely ridiculous and it is game breaking.
Fix the rendering distance. You do know that there are other roles in your game besides assault AR and CQC nade spammers. How about you do something for them once.
By the way, I also noticed you did a hush hush nerf to snipers as well. Nice to know that everyone is aware of this. |

I've lost a few tanks to invisible turrets. CCP must be implementing cloaking for the AI before everyone else. |

Lol yes, rail gun turretsdo not have their barrels render until you are within 50 M. What a joke! They can't be serious. Rendering distance needs to be fixed or1.5 will be absolutely pointless. |

You see this vast, empty plain ahead of you, but suddenly out of nowhere your bullet slams into that structure that wasn't rendered earlier.

Since the update, my sniper performs horrible. Part because of the rendering, part because of the additional armor, but mostly because of horrible hit detection.
What's the nerf you're talking about?

the rendering of AI turrets is even worse now.
i will be aiming in first person with my railgun, go to move into a more suitable position, and the turret disapears as i move closer..... forcing me to engage it in the open and take damage where i could have avoided the bulk of damage previously...
then i get hit by invisable swarms after taking stupid amounts of damage fromt he turret and explode.... |

Just drove across a field and went over a hill and saw two red chevrons in the distance. I approached them, expecting them to be snipers. As I got closer they stil had not rendered, until I was 50 meters away. 50 meters? WTF. I am in a mechanized machine of war with cameras 21000 years into the future, yet I cant see two enemies that are within spitting distance?
Sure enough they had their proto swarms waiting. By the time they fired I had my resistance going and headed for cover. Yet it took only three volleys to kill my tank, which cost 7-8 times as much as both swarm fittings.
Do you play your game CCP? How can you not acknowledge these bugs and solve the problem? Is this a design that I can't see halfway within my optimal range? Uprising is starting to make Chromosome look like the golden ages. |

In addition to the tank issues, I like flying my ADS over a turret hitting it a few times just to have it flicker out of existence. |

invisible turrets are the worst Im just chillin in my madruger when I suddenly take some damage I desperately look around what could that have been?? I always assume its a forge gun at first (instincts -__-) If I could just know where I am being shot from, and by WHAT, I might have a chance to fall back. . .BUT IDK WHERE ITS COMIN FRUUUUM AAAAHHHHH- *kaboom*
