Foxhound Corporation is looking for dedicated mercenaries who are ready to work in a competitive environment in our Battlefield Division. To join all you have to do is apply in-game and you'll be considered a Mother-Base member until you show the potential to take part in an official corporation battle when this happens you'll be given the title of Fox Operative.
Goals:
We are focused on obtaining a role much more specialized than just another clan pretending to be a business entity. We have several ideas but we're leaning towards the idea of a Security Corporation(which is basically a Corporation that enters into a contract to help defend another corporation for a period of time). Regardless of the end result, we will be continuing our competitive edge and take a district, hold it, and ring for other corporations to increase our experience and capabilities.
Ranks:
You can either become a Fox Operative or you can be hand-picked into a squad right off the bat. Our Battlefield Division has a hierarchy system with ranks to make organization easier.
First off you have the non-officer groups which consists of Fox Operative, Cavalry, Armored Cavalry, and Commando. Fox Operative, beyond being a classification of showing promise, is the general rank for mercenaries who have general skills. Cavalry rank is for those mercenaries who are focused on supporting the team with infantry-based support(ex. Surveyors). Armored-Cavalry is for mercenaries who are geared towards vehicle-based support(ex. Logistics LAV). The Commando rank is a rank given to mercenaries who have a diverse catalog of skills, are very experienced, and history of being devastating operatives on the field. Those of the Commando rank are expected to be able to handle special operations(ex. Training mercenaries outside of the corporation).
Then there's the officer-groups which consists of Sargent, Squad Leader, Captain, Major, and Field Commander. The Sargent rank is simply the second in command to the Squad Leader in a squad, with the Squad Leader being the lead. A Captain is a rank higher than Squad Leader which has several different roles, both on and off the field. Up next is the Major rank which is a much more limited rank because of it's importance. When the Field Commander is missing, a Major steps in to take control of the battlefield. The Field Commander is the highest rank in the division and is only held by one individual at a time. Often the Field Commander is the lead strategist.
Other Info:
The current CEO and Field Commander is Maxovrkll.
We do have a corporation tax(12%) but it's not enough to take away a chunk from your payout unless you aren't competent enough to get near 150k ISK or more in each battle.
While this is a post for the Battlefield Division, you may join other divisions if you're given the go-ahead by someone from the Command Division.
