I don't like self interested and utterly selfish and boring characters.
Whoever wrote this piece let me down greatly. Boring as hell. |

It is indeed interesting.
(This is something to discuss in the Fiction section, BTW.)
One thing about the stages discussed here: while a clone soldier might still go through a similar progression, it would now be, probably, for different reasons. This was the progression of the first generation; anyone introduced after that would not have had the same brush with madness (or at least, not the same madness). Also, most of the first generation was apparently wiped out at the culmination of the third stage. The Amarr were the exception, but those who haven't yet allowed themselves to be upgraded were recently subjected to a hunt that was (I assume, since it didn't permakill them) focused on forcing them into upgraded clones.
In other words, your character may very well be going batty. It'll probably be different-batty, though; the stuff clone soldiers encounter in their daily lives really is enough to drive a person, if nothing else, deep into PTSD.
True Adamance:
Sometimes there's a limit to how much one person can pay. The piece describes neatly the attitude (and one path to reaching that attitude) of many a clone merc.
Those of us who are still faction-loyal are the exception. |

Those of us who are still faction-loyal are the exception. I find selfish characters so utterly depressing. Only those who are selfless deserve my attentions.
All mercs are the same they are not different their stories do not matter for their goals are always weak and lack lustre.
When a merc has a sound goal and purpose they are interesting. Without it they are not worth my time in caring about. |

are you talking in or out of character buecase i think you need to place youself in this situtation to understand the peace, or maybe i just just relate out of character as well due to my own mental heath issues but still this is not a selfish peace this is expolring what is happening to clones, i think you missed the point completely.
sorry if that sounded insulting but i think you have :D |
