With all the QQ that HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE CLOSED BETA. Yeah.. It didn't start with 1.4 nor uprising, nor chromosome.
It makes me think 2 things..
1) How many have played More than just 1 FPS game?
2) How many are planning to play the up coming FPS games?
You don't have to give up dust to play another game, But I'm wondering how many are planning to play the up coming FPS games (on your rig or console)
Answers to those questions does shed some light into why this there is more than the usual QQ in this particular lobby FPS game.
Besides that it's still far from being accepted at the same lunch table with the rest of the FPS games. |

I think we all know the answer ... most Dust players are Ex MAG players, EvE players, or PC enlistees. How many REAL FPS Pros are in Dust? ... maybe about... 10, perhaps...
Will CCP ever try to break away from this circle of doom ? .. I think the 1.4 update is evidence that they trying to do exactly that. |

Are you serious ... ? I been playing CS from the start, and only recently chanced games, because i'm not very impress with CS:GO, and i don't even consider myself a Pro, just a FPS veteran. Pro players don't change games if they can help it, because you need to re-learn everything all over again. Why you think that CoD game-play mechanics are ALWAYS the same, only the graphics and game content changes ?. |

There always the same because you dont try selling black tar ****** to some one using cocain as a substitute, it just doesnt work out well. Lets face it COD is like black tar ******, it really isnt that good but its just like what you had before and you can waste hours in the dark alone before your mom walks in to check if your alive.
Im not promoting drug use, its just a good analogy for some games that a large portion of its player have shown similar behavior. |

A FPS PLAYER. Wait for it..... PLAYS MANY FPS GAMES. COD is not my cup of anything. But I do play BF3. As in every other FPS on console or RIG since 1996.
It's too easy to throw out COD when pushing against the FPS. But how about quake? Unreal? vegas 2, socom, mag, TF2, PS2, Warhawk, Arma, BF, and soooo many more.
Think about what your trying to exactly defend about dust from COD. when as terrible as cod is... wait for it. DUST is not that for behind.

1. I can't give a number, but yes more than 1
Both PC and Console, primarily console.
2. I sure hell am.
