I selected Gallente and Minmatar only (Amarr can burn by the heat of their own laser tech! ) and I soon realized my mistake. My team was trapped in the new SI, where A would be if you were playing Skirmish, and it was an onslaught of Amarr Sents and Cal Assaults for days. Everyone switched to mass driver fits and flooded us into this confined space where not even an OB can save us. My team relentlessly threw their bodies at the enemy, as I hung back tossing nades and dropping hives, uplinks, and repping the survivors. Funny enough, the enemy started getting more and more reckless. As I noticed this I dropped a Triage hive and threw myself into the fire and flames. I respawned and later rolled back into the same area, blasting away everyone in sight with a cheaply fit 157K Soma. We emerged from our last bastion as the crowed thinned long enough to be able to move somewhere and not get stuck on a blueberry. With only 7 Clones to spare and 10 more to kill, I ditched my Soma for someone else to use and ran as fast as possible to a Supply Depot to change to my True Logi fit. It's equipment consisted of nanohives, nano needle things, and repair tools. (The rest is a secret ) I slowly rezzed everyone I could possibly reach and we eventually ended up winning, with 1 clone and 57 seconds to spare. Never again would I side with the Matari. It is a painful and extraordinarily difficult experience. At least you learnt something , the Minmatar are a lack lustre FW faction. Rarely do I ever see them push back against our teams. You should really check your space FW map http://dl1.eve-files.com/media/corp/VeriteFW/FWinfluence.pngyou aren't doing so hot in the grand scale of things, boots on the ground only get you so far.
Triangles are contested systems, most of the contested areas are Gallente and Minmatar Space Also, it would be interesting to see 0.0 space as well. |

Wait, when was this snapshot taken?
Date is on the map, two months ago, and it didn't include all the FW area either. |

You cant contest 0.0 space thats null sec, PC corps and alliances run those, and do you really want to throw your hat in with the NRDS guys of CVA? edit and of course the gallente and minmatar have the most contested systems....they hold the most space, thats like saying the guy who holds 75% of the deck of cards has the most jacks.
I'm well aware, hence Calling it appropriately 0.0 space, but there are racial/empire based corps and alliances out there, which would add to the information.
Also the contested areas tells which direction the battle is going, as it stands they are set to lose space not gain, they are on the defensive. |
