The answer to your question is yes everytime you look at your starmap be careful. You will pick what you think is gonna be a good fight with a smaller alliance like your own and then here comes EON to ring. If they don't ring then you may win but then EON will just come and take your stuff anyways. That is how it works now.

I dunno about all this EoN. negativity toward Nikia, i guess to each his own. I thought Nikia abandoning his districts and going awol and not setting up fights that one week was his decision and i got when a bunch of IO guys really felt burned when deadeyes jacked the wallet distributed it back and then let cubs and co split them and give them away. On the flipside I know a bunch of eon guys were happy to see him deposed, but the hard part is that gravity prone never truly bounced back without nikia's leadership. Where's CSR? I don't see him on much? Deadeyes is gone as well. Just saying while I personally couldn't follow Nikia's decisions (especially cause i just think he didn't play politics at all) I could definitely fight with him or for him, and 95% of the time i enjoyed fighting with IO, unless our team was just poorly put together (read: I NEED ACES!).

I mean it was the best option if i remember and it worked out. I got paid for the battles I fought with IO, and i liked fighting it wasn't something i expected.

This is all a long winded way of saying I don't hate Nikia, personally he kinda reminds me of some of my favorite characters. Sure they were outrageously insane and hotheaded, prone to actions without properly deducing the best manner to achieve a goal, bu never afraid to go hard, even at TP's. You guys put up a huge fight. And that tanker and sniper kept your homepoint pinned in a way that i haven't seen since the PFB wars with gem cutter sniping. Bravo.

Nikia's got a bright future as long as people realize what they are getting into, like salvo and palatinate.

I hope you guys have fun! I enjoy pew pewing with ya pal, and i harbor no ill will to ya for leaving. Nor for anyone in EoN. who has the courage to leave friends and routine and success to begin something new and unknown filled with uncertainty and potential. Leaving a 6 figure job to build something yourself seems so intimidating, and yet in a way Nikia is trying.
