Anyone else love chromosome aiming for assault rifles? I think it was close to perfection. A lot of people asked when it was changed to uprising. " why change something that isn't broken? " |

Someone told me that mouse aiming in Chromosome was done with raw input, and that they went to a joystick emulator when Uprising dropped in an attempt to level the playing field.
Now that hit detection is improved and Aim Assist is better, I think that KB/M should go back to Chromosome-era raw inputs.
Even 1.3 was better than 1.4.... if they had left it as-is and simply fixed the radial menu, we'd have been thrilled. |

If they had left KBM as is from 1.3 these aim assist threads would have never appeared.
KBM got shafted 1.4. and CCP has yet, after four days, even acknowledges it, no dev post,(minus 20% prob) no confirmation in 1.4 known issues, nothing.
If they think KBM players are gunna switch, their gunna have a rude awakening when there player base continues to dwindle, we've already lost a hourly avg of 200-300 members day one of 1.4. |

What a surprise.

That's cute, why don't you go look at eve-offline.net, look at the past week graph for both active players and newborn, the first slope starts Friday....last week1.3, enjoy that eye opener |

Yep. You're right. That tells us a LOT. |

Friday current: 4351.
People come out of the woodwork for patches and then generally taper off. Cycle of life. The numbers you posted look awfully similar to the release of 1.3, and 1.2 before that. |
