if i delete the dust game and then the game save will I lose all my characters and have to start from scratch or do ccp have all my **** stored, |

Everything but what you find under "options" is saved on the server, not your PS3.
If you delete everything related to the game from your PS3, you might have to reset your sound/controller settings, but that's all. |

because since the update my ps3 keeps freezing and iv had a support ticket open and the next step is to clear everything, iv all ready re downloaded it 4 times now, and now I have to do it again and the save data to, so I was just making sure it doesn't wipe everything, |

Your game saves has nothing to do with this. Your PS3 is breaking.
Just back up all the game saves you can on an external HDD if you think you need to delete stuff like that. Normally you just delete the Game Data and the game off your HDD, and go from there.

my ps3 is 4 months old, I know its on their side they have told me as much, they are aware of the problem,and were very apologetic. and its just the dust sve data I need to get rid of, I was just making sure it still had me somewhere on the servers, I assumed as much but wasn't sure that's all  |

you wouldn't believe the things I did to keep my 40gig alive before that, it didn't even have an outer case for a year and a half, I had a lump of timber between the disc drive and top of heat sink over heating and poor console design ment the heat made the disc drive to hot after about 5 mins of play and strange **** would happen. |
