hay guys , ever since the last respec i unwittingly speced into caldari and made my "minmitar sver blueprint " unusable , i have no desire to spec into minmatar to use it!, recently i heard you could request an AUR refund, can anyone please provide details on how i would request an aur refund? , the reason being so i can then buy the caldari bp ,cheers guys! |

The AUR refund was very specific. Basically you lost all your SP and got your AUR back. mainly as SP earned is tired to AUR. It would be unfair to get back AUR that helped you earn SP while keeping the SP. It was also a one time offer for go-live so I'd give up if i were you. |

I"d still open a ticket and see - the worst that can happen is they tell you no.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure I read a forum post where some was able to get this exact item refunded for exactly this reason, but that was right after Uprising was released...they may have a 'statue of limitations' on these things... |

As previous posters said, open a ticket. i got my Raven suit refunded because i specced into Gallente suits instead of Caldari ones after the respec in uprising. |

That was a minor issue involving the Sver Blueprint, As people who originally bought it for the direct purpose of being a logistic suit that required no specialized skills to use.
They then launched uprising and made everyone skill into minmatar basic lvl 5 then logistics lvl 1 before you could even use your 19,800 aurum suit..
Then to add more insult to injury they released the "Dren" logistics suit which is exactly the Sver suit but no skill requirements... So doing it was never an issue... they just got away with screwing over everyone who bought a product under certain terms to have them change on CCP's whim and then lack of customer care afterwards.
Most people still have not re purchased aurum after they got screwed for their 19,800 aurum suit that CCP changed completely, and wouldn't offer a refund or rebate for. |

Go to https://dust514.com/, log in ... I find their site to be buggy, and I sometimes have to manually refresh my web browser after login....if/when it recognizes your login, the 'log in' option in the top menu will be replaced by your character's name. There's a "Help Tickets" available from a drop-down menu if you click on that name. |

open a ticket.. if you paid aur direct from the market then you should get it back.
thats if you bought it before the patch that added millions of sp to its requirements. if you got it afterwards then you wont |
