I hated it, but now Shotguns are working, I'm sort of on the border, a 5/10, Aim Assist is just a little too strong in my opinion. |

It's fine, it's most likely only really now that the game goes somewhere. (it's the feeling i have)
But damn it DEV's, get a road-map and stick to it. Seems like since the game got announced as full release someone got fired and **** got a bit chaotic or rather just slow in progress since. And this update shows that the changes done before where not acceptable thus the feeling that things are going around in circle.
The new MAP is awesome!
the next one in the works sounds even better.

1.4 is the first time that DUST has been better than Chromosome.
The game took a dip while CCP ironed a lot of crap out between Chromosome and now. But the game is finally the best it has ever been again. I hope it keeps going that way. |

I dig it. I do not understand the qq about AA. The supposed elite players are bitching why? AA does nothing to effect their aim if it was good to begin with so why qq? If its because other people are getting a percieved advantage they don't deserve then why haven't these same people been bitching that the scout suit has been screwed up since may of 2012 and the greatest crutch this game has ever had? Oh maybe because they enjoyed abusing it as well to archive their god like self image. |

Im having a hard time putting it down, I might actually cap out SP this week. Been a while were i valued active SP over passive.
Other FPS games would have promoted a new "map pack" months ago, Charged money for it, and it would have been a rehash from an older title. They could have done nothing but add in the new maps and it would have been a win.
Instead they fixed the aiming, completely turned the current tactics upside down(in a good way). and alot of other improvements all over the game.
I love how I get to go through all my fits and refine each and every one of them. Can i get more fitting slots? |

Day one there were a lot of issues, but they're being acknowledged, looked into, and resolved with speed to rival the best devs out there.
I'm still unsure about aim assist, but it seems a LOT less problematic than it did in my first experience with it on day 1. |

Great patch imo. I took a break from Dust right after fanfest (pre-Uprising 1.0), but I've fallen in love with it again since 1.4 went public! As someone who came back to, what feels like, a completely different game; all I can say is I'm having a great time! 
Good work CCP, and keep making more awesome new maps! |
