Yes, it has bugs that only appear when handling the load of real players. Give them a week and try again.

I almost feel compelled to write up a PSA so all the "regular" fps Dust players can get an understanding of how patches work, and since several of us have played Eve Online and other MMOs, patch days are a routine thing that will be full of bugs and the like that work out over time. Give it a few days, then you can go back to rage quitting. But honestly, the game is SO much better now, and I think you should give it another shot.
