You did better with this update... but it's not enough. DS3 users need aim assist, I get it. I'm not arguing against that... but as a KB/M user, I still feel crippled by the virtual joystick feel. You effectively made DS3 users have a small scale aimbot, while we wear weights. I can't aim my AR or shotgun effectively because of the acceleration issues. This still isn't a raw equivalent. Minmatar speed is effectively useless right now due to the aim assist as well that I've seen. You're trying... I get that, but it still needs work.

Would you remove the steering wheel on a car to put a set of handlebars in it just because you had only ever driven a motorcycle before? If there is ever a better argument to use a PS3 controller this is it, BTW aimbot turns off in options. I turned it on to test out the revisions and am not noticing a difference in aiming with Aimbot on, normally I don't use it. As a KB/M user you probably don't need it anyways because you should have accurate control of your cursor right?

I agree kb/m users shouldn't need a damn thing if it was true kb/m input.. Its not the mouse in Dust emulates a joystick so turn aim assist off then use your palm to aim tell me how that works for ya... :(

A better analogy asking why you would try to point a gun with a steering wheel, because that's effectively what you're doing with a DS3.

I don't care to spin like crazy I personally play with a lowish sensitivity, the problem that I think a lot of kb/m users are having is fine movements and adjustments, personally it feels lile the mouse is on a swing when making fine movement's so sometimes fine movments can turn into long strides.. Even though CCP removed the de-acceleration with 1.4 (which feels a lot better) it's still not there imo... (and a lot of others that I have read)

I don't care for aim assist, I understand that stick control is difficult. But limiting my x rotation speed to level me to KBM users is pathetic. I should be able to look left to right or turn to see what is behind me as fast as my head can turn.

Remember I had to turn it on...(been using no aim assist for quite some time, when they "fixed" it I had to test it because I like to check what the other guy uses). Yes I understand the virtual joystick, still should be more precise than the DS3 controller. I have tried the KB/M route and found that without being able to map my KB my mouse was useless to me.
