Yes, can confirm there are requirements for suit use. Essentially, you will have no use for a tremendously large portion of the pack until a.) you skill into all dropsuit classes, or b.) a player trading mechanic is introduced to sell those items.

I'm searching high and low but cannot find a triangle button on this computer at work and clicking the middle mouse button just makes my screen scroll!!! 
OP said that he's not in the game at the moment and would like the info now, I am also very curious and away from my ps3! |
