          A Capped Gallente Logistics Operator
Quick highlights: Cost: 145,860 isk Ehp: 631 Shield: 258 Shield Recharge: 22.24hp/s Armor: 373 Scan Profile: 14.24 Equipment: A-45 Quantum Scanner, X-3 Quantum Nanohive Weapon: Duvolle Assault Riffle [dps: 43.01] [ROF:750] [Acc: 56.6]
So effectively, you are a ninja-pirate! While Invisible to all current electronic scans you survey the high craters and take no prisoners with the tremendous level of damage you can dish out--damage that is particularly favored by the new adjustments to hit detection.

On the other hand, swap out that complex shield recharger for a complex damage mod and your looking at 47.45 dps. Yikes. |

The biggest thing this logistics build trades down in regards to the scout gk.0 is speed, but as many are now finding, speed not hold equal footing to suit strength in regards to absorbing blows with the new hit detection. |

If you are looking the stealth tank keep in mind that all proto-frame logistics suits have the ability to stealth tank as at least four low slots are required (on a medium or light frame) to effectively break the scan threshold with complex profile dampeners. In addition to the Gallente Scout, the Gallente Proto Assault variant has the necessary four low slots to stealth tank (rather than armor tank). Just food for thought from HydraSlav's handy fitting guide.

Speed, in general, is going to be less important for evasion now that shared squad vision is disabled.
But speed will be more important for flanking and bold counter-strikes because shared squad vision is disabled.

I always have a speed tanked Minmatar Scout at the ready to run uplinks around a hotzone. As with anything in the Eve universe, you find ways to adapt. |
