Yeah, but when CCP nerfs something they NERF it, still I'd rather signiture be nerfed not recharge, also buff passive scanning radius so passive scanning is usable. |

Shield penelty is that it has around half the hp per extender of a equiv plate at high end at low end its worse. |

Extenders don't weigh as much as plates do. |

Are you being even remotely serious right now?
You're saying that being forced to deal with ONLY 400+ hp that recharges at 20+ hp/s on a good fit leaves you at a disadvantage against armor? |
