To claim aiming is only is only 10% of it is RIDICULOUS. It might be the case now, but not before. Only people who SUCK at aiming can be happy about this patch. Before, using the scrambler pistol took a lot of skill. Now though, a 1 day old noob is just as effective as a veteran player using it. Just point in the general direction and hit fire. To claim "taking cover" and "stealthiness" is the key thing is ridiculous because that was the case before too. But at least good aim gave you an edge...that's no longer the case. Dust is essentially a shooter for people who like to ride bikes with training wheels....
Dude I drive a tank. Its a Soma. The only reason I can go head to head with players with better tanks and more SP than myself has nothing to do with how well I aim, infact that's the last thing Im worried about. Its about knowing my damage threshold, can I get out if I start to lose, can I position myself, can I work with team mates to throw down AV.
Aiming is not hard in FPS games its requires the lower portion of skill allocation if you consider mental, technical, and physical skill. |

To claim aiming isn't important just means you haven't actually used a weapon that takes skills yet.
I've been an infantry man since the beginning for chromosome, its a example. |
