Really like how the objective is not at any of the places they are in Skirmish and rather on this hill. Makes it feel really unique compared to its Skirmish variant. |

I've played a whole bunch of domination matches on this map and there is an overwhelming strategy.
If one team manages to get uplinks on the pipes above the point (6G) then the other team will lose unless they can remove them.
This results in a race to the pipes when you have two teams that know the strat and the one that holds the pipes wins.
I would recommend moving the point to one of the other sides of the central tower - probably the edge closest to 7H. This way each set of pipes would be equally useful and it will be harder for a team to completely dominate with a couple of uplinks. That hill there isn't quite a interesting as the current location of the point but it should be an improvement given the current pipes situation. |

North side of g7 , the ledge that overlooks the objective, has some skeletal pipe structure that is clearly large enough to accommodate a merc or 6, yet has an invisible wall preventing travel under it, forcing units to travel along the edge around it. |

Noticed a single problem with this map, the ledges around G7 and that structure as a hole take preference on this game-mode because is the letter is easily defended without any risk and high ground, every match of domination here was decided by who positioned drop-uplinks first there, after that it took too much time get around with an organised squad and not even think about it with a pub group.
I make a petition to make the building a singular monolith, besides if you want high ground that's the purpose of the pipes which comes to say block any orbital strike thrown at that point. This is just my opinion since I think those ledges are very generous in the safe defensive position and unfair when trying to capture the point. |

The big central structure that the pipes feed (or draw from) seems to block orbitals from all who stand on the ledge that wraps around it, despite there being a clear view of the sky from it.
Also, the northern ledge had a little scaffolding or something sticking out of it, where some invisible wall prevents us from getting under that scaffolding. Not sure if that was intended to make the ledge a little thinner, but I'd love the extra maneuvering room.

Point should be moved to G7, i.e. not under one set of pipes, but on the side.
Also, please clean up the collision areas on the ledges on the spire, since that is where a lot of fighting takes place and the blocking of movement is unacceptable.

I used to really enjoy this map when it was first released, seeing as the majority of the community had not figured out that who ever own the pipes wins, it was more of an infantry battle for the objective and thats what denomination should be about; over what we have now. Everyone knows that whoever owns the pipes can both; control the objective and have protection from any orbitals.
Seeing as if the pipes were to be removed; people would still try to get onto the ledges that are under the pipes, surrounding the central structure. I can see that removing the ledge might be a problem for the modeling designers, so maybe just change it to a steep 45-¦ angle so people can not deploy uplinks/nanohives and camp upon there.
Simply put; the pipes need to go and maybe even the ledge that surrounds the central structure. |

Ledge definitely needs to go.
What would be good would be to hollow out the bottom of the spire and move the control point underneath it. That way, control of the pipes would provide an advantage, but unless you controlled the pipe on both sides, you wouldnt be able to shut out the enemy team from approaching on foot and hacking the point.

A lot of the time I win this map handily, half the enemy team is camping the pipes and ledge. It doesn't matter if you fly up and grab them if I grab the point and kill you every time you go to capture or peak your head out with my TAR.
So, I don't think the team that controls the pipes and ledge always wins. I like this map, ledges and all. The only problems I have are Orbitals not always killing players in G7 when they should and the supporting bars on the ledge blocking movement.
Many suits I've worn, many burdens I've borne, for the oaths I've sworn.

I love this map. awesome king of the hill feel. only If the team on the west reaches the top of the hill first the have a visual advantage. whe a player from the east looks up the hill he is looking into the sun and if a person stands on the hill they are sometimes imposible to see because of the glare of the sun. |

I absolutely hate Domination on this map, the first dropship taking the building or the pipes and spamming uplinks up there usually wins.
Good luck taking the bulding back, with Forge Gunners and Mass Drivers camping there.
I believe that the central building should be re-designed to prevent camping. It's completely broken to me.

Remove the stupid pipes. The one side has a huge advantage in flying dropships to the obj side and the whole game ends up being about 4 square feet on a stupid suspended pipeline.

This map needs to go or the objective needs to be moved. I have reached the point where I plan on just having the squad back out if we get this map. The hills you can't climb, the pipes you have to control, the wide open expanses you have to cross leaving you open from tons of angles, and the constant tank spam on this map make it a truly horrible experience even when you win. Also, for some reason this map seems to be a very common one that Scotty just loves putting squads into.

Worst map in the game, whoever greenlit this should be fired for allowing that square ledge and pipeline to be in the final build.
Ladders need to be added on all the pipe supports if they stay and there need to be dual staircases leading to the cetra edge and remove the tower or open it up so teams aren't immune to orbitals.
Or just make he pipes and ledge count as redline so no equipment can be deployed and you die if you remain there. |

This map is horribly one-sided. It really needs to be rethought.
The objective is closer to one team's base than the other team's base. The pipeline can only be reached by on team on foot. The objective is easily sniper camped by one team, and not the other. The objective has an easily camped roof with no ladders or stair leading up to it.
The Left Team has every advantage. How did such a blatantly line sided map make it into the line up?
Totally not Fizzer94's forum alt. Definitely just a random dude.

Playing this map the other day, spawned on Blue's forward CRU (~ F/G by 11.5), so did most of the team, and next thing I knew I was immediately falling down into the fenced off pit surrounding whatever that thing is supposed to be right next to the CRU and died.
Was a bit frustrating.
Also throwing my vote in with the pipes/objective complaints. More often than not this map is about who flies a dropship in first and spams links above; otherwise it's slated towards Red team. Also the whole Red team spawning closer, having to run up less hills, capacity to sniper camp the point nearly from spawn, the point being sheltered from Blue team, Red having better access to the pipes, no ladders, all that's not my favorite. |

I feel the same way. Also the awkwardness of trying to climb the hill on the northern side of the objective is also pretty annoying. I miss the natural yet structured design of the old plateaus map where most of the terrain was meant to be walked on with feets. There needs to be some sort of trails or stairs leading to that point.

The entire match is just a race to see who can get uplinks on the pipes connected to the lightning tower. From the concrete around the tower A can be camped such that you can shoot people hacking without being shot in return. You are then left with 1 team capping all the cru's and having control over the 98% of the map that doesn't count.
Solutions: Gùå Lower the lightning tower to make the concrete base uncampable. Gùå Add Rails to the pipe structures such that spawning or ar0ttempting to camp results in the player being stuck. Gùå Otherwise Add Invisible Slopes to the Pipes such that landing on the results in you sliding off automatically. Gùå Add Invisible walls to the Lighting Tower Slope approximately halfway up, such that attemping to land here results in the player being thrown off.
Unless your a Computer Scientist don't tell me how Game Mechanics Work.

The objective is placed to pooly,it either funnels all surrounding troops into the open ground or ontop of the objective it's self, there's no inbetween.Move the objetive somehere else or hollow out the tower it's infront of and place it in there maybe redesign it as a small defensive post, anythig is better than this.
