Wait a month and then all systems will be under Caldari control.
Then after another month Gallente will control all the systems.
Then Caldari.
Then Gallente.
Then Caldari.
Then Gallente.

Or at least the videos of his trial. The Federation would be well-advised to ensure that any such trial occurs in the State. The former executor's capture could be an opportunity to improve relations, or the Federation could use it to rub salt in several wounds. The former course might lead towards a cessation of hostilities. The latter ... well, the Caldari harden under pressure, and much of Caldari culture (and even design aesthetic) can be described in terms of reaction against all things Gallente.
The basic level of background resentment is intense, and the Gallente would be ill-served by increasing it. Heth-guri is guilty of multiple fairly serious crimes in State space, but the Federation "holding him to account" for his "crimes" against the Gallente would be tantamount to putting the State on trial.
That's an event the State is unlikely to forgive, ever.
Some Federals may be inclined not to care, but much of Heth's influence came in the first place from simmering anti-Gallentean sentiment. There may be an opportunity here to end the war, but not if the Federation chooses to stoke the fires of Caldari anger rather than eliminating some of their fuel.
The current limited war is largely fought by empyreans, and tests no nation's true strength. The Caldari State is widely believed to have the strongest military of any of the empires; for the Federation to try Heth-guri on its own soil would be to virtually dare the State to demonstrate its strength. |

Caldari fleet were absolutely wrecking the Gallenteans a few weeks ago. FW is cyclic in nature, one side pushes hard and burns itself out and the other invariably reclaims the lost ground. |

Amarr almost neck to neck. I fight in those battles trust me some of the people the empire hire are terrible. No offense to any loyal Templars but the amarr are in not even close to the minmatar war effort.
Also if you side with isk you should learn one thing. SUPPLY AND DEMAND. The amarr don't have many people fighting for them so if you work with them the profit will be much higher or even switch to the caldari. I assure if you like isk the best thing to do is fight for the loosing side.
I know i have said in the past that i fight for the winning side but a month ago I realized that isn't very smart because the loosing team is always more desperate for great fighters. |

No matter how much you shout "Caldari superiority", you won't the change the tide of the Empyrean War, it is and will forever be a pendulum swinging from one side to the other with neither side accomplishing anything. This will likely remain true until the day the pressure valve is not enough, and the empires go to war for real.
At that point, the choices are essentially swift victory or an age of dust and ashes, perhaps even a new dark age as the outer powers take advantage of the empires' struggles and move in. The worst case in such a scenario is that Sansha's Nation emerges the eventual victor. It would be nice if that were unlikely, but a power that builds its forces by swallowing others' populations is a threat indeed.
Tell us that the Empyrean War is without victory or even lasting defeat, Mr. Kalamari. Tell us of ships destroyed, of the millions dead, of the bereaved families, of the agony of prisoners of an unending war. Tell us even of the foolish pride of each of our competing civilizations, to have brought us all to such a perilous stage. Tell us of the perilous situation of your own homeworld, deep in the war zone.
Only do not say that the war is without point. This is a thing that must be, until the empires weary of rage and rhetoric and return to the wary peace of the prior century. |

Because the Caldari are complete scrubs I stopped fighting in FW because of them complete lack of good players in there. Besides most battles you have Gallente and Minmitar in there absolutely crap man. Sad part is the Gallente aren't even that good the Caldari are just that bad. |

They are losing because we, the capsuleers and clone soldiers united under the Villore Accords, have been pushing hard both on the ground and in space.
That being said, I am personally starting to think this war is pointless. Heth is gone, the State is recovering, and for the first time in recent memory the two nations have a real chance to coexist peacefully and prosperously. The militias are spurred on by capsuleer bloodlust, and only time will tell if the two nations have the gall to put and end to them.
