We've fixed the problem and we should be able to roll it out in an update tomorrow. 1 day later than we would have liked but we don't have enough time to test it properly before the update today so it seems a bit risky to just stick it in blind.
Cheers :-)

you do realize there are limited people in CCP who are busy churning stuff out for the whining forums?
we put in more hours in a morning than CCP can turn out in a month. We also cant have a test server because Sony are a bunch of evil mouth breathers |

Precisely not too mention all the in house testing in the world wont help, they dont run it in the same conditions as we do! Have you heard of L.A NOIRE they tested beyond belief thought it was fine and released it, peoples ps3 s physically melted, chipboards fused together and hdd exploded. But when they tested it in house on there own ps3 system, it worked fine! |

Cheers :-) Gee I wonder how we got into this position into the first place I don't always test my code, but when I do, I do it in production CCP updates DUST. It still works, but with problems. CCP releases first hotfix 24 hours later.
Ubisoft updates Spartacus Legends. In some regions, the update is consistently corrupting the game files, requiring the game to be deleted and reinstalled (or not, because when you try to start the game up, it'll just update and corrupt itself again). MORE THAN A MONTH LATER, Ubisoft still haven't even acknowledged the problem as a known issue in spite of multiple threads on their forums about the problem, and a series of support tickets from various customers affected by the problem.
I know which approach I prefer. |

I honestly congratulate CCP on their ability to weather massive amounts of player rage and keep working. They don't have a good track record for delivering on promised content, but they really are great when it comes to listening to player issues and addressing them. |
