It's alpha for dropships.
Apparently nobody tested
~flying them with new camera (Or it wouldn't have been made)
~shield graphics on armor dropships
~turrets (bugged) since uprising, and then they just got worse
~Rendering of enemies more than 50 feet away for a flying vehicle that shoots missiles 150 meters.
~RDV's have returned to wreck us worse than ever before. 1.3 was still bad, but it was the safest iteration yet. Now we've revered to where the skies are all seeded with random death!
Will the derpship ever be anything but an after thought?

You don't remember E3 build very well do you? When you had to fire two full clips to kill someone not moving 5 meters away from you? When the there was no texture on anything? When we had no voice comms? When we had no KBM?
The only good thing about E3 was Skirmsh 1.0.
I'm not saying that Uprising is perfect, but let's be honest - this game has come a long way from people who never made an FPS before. Is it up the quality of other games? No, but you are trolling or silly if you think this game hasn't improved over the last year. |

And any merc who wants to see DUST succeed and realize the mind-blowing potential that full integration into New Eden will bring needs to remember we are still CCP's beta testers.
No pay, no perks, no glory.
Just a job that needs doing with a clear head and a steady hand.
Some don't see it yet, but we're making history here. Together with CCP we are creating a virtual universe. Ultimately, i believe mercs will play a bigger role in bringing New Eden to life than EVE players will - we're young, fearless and don't have a decade of tradition holding us down.

Oh not to mention the hard freezes of the PS3 when playing more than 2 or 3 matches consecutively. Having to restart in the middle of a match made the game literally unplayable. We got to where we were proactively restarting our PS3's after every other match just to avoid a freeze during the match. |

That's my view as well, though I still have little faith in their decision making process and testing my hope is that the PS3 iteration is all about getting the core values right for the next gen engine. |

well it had to be done, but first, have you asked for help?, secondly, you're not it the right corp (personal opinion) join a traing corp or a corp with good connections , like wolf country, Neanderthal nation, red star jr etc, get in to a corp where you're going to play with some vets at least once a day.
thats what iv got to say, you can take the info or just pick it up slower then you would if you play with some random corp, I hope iv help you out a little.  |

The beta was more fun than Uprising. So for me, to say Dust is equal to what it was back in Beta stage, I'll take it. 1.4 was the best and only good thing for Uprising so far. Chromosome was still my favorite, however. |

I think dust is the best it has ever been, personally. I haven't had this much fun since I started playing it. Its awesome. Sure there are bugs and some issues, but this is the best its been so far. |
