Not to pull seniority but I've probably been playing FPS since you were playing with your little ponies whilst pooping in your jenza pants and... once again especially for you, the kid who needs large print... I TRIED IT WITH AUTO AIM ON AND OFF AND IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE, THEY'VE JUST IMPROVED HIT DETECTION AND REDUCED THE LAG.

If anything I barely noticed the aim assist on that video, high rof weapons are powerful, too powerful, three swipes and he dies, thats not op aimbot, thats op rifle, there's a difference, now hit detection is fixed people need to aim less because shaking the barrel is just as effective! Maybe everyone complaing about aim assist is just drawing attention away from the fact that a miltia ar can actually kill a heavy with 1 mag!

I noticed it's easier to die in the open, maybe because of the aim-assist, maybe because of the hit detection. Fact is that it does not bother me. You are supposed to die in the open. My Scrambler Rifle feels a little weird but I will get used to it. It's like it is less brutal than before but can shot faster, more like the AR itself. Heavies are pretty scary now, very brutal, although you can still kill them if they are stupid or if you manage to hit a grenade or otherwise outmaneuver him, which is pretty nice. Scouts... may be too early to tell, but I think they are feeling more at home with everyone's collective radar shut down. I was killed by a knifer and I had that bad feeling right before he hit me. Working as intended. Matchmaking is kind of a mess because of the already known issues but when they are figured out I believe that it will work very well because the matches in which it worked (full teams for both sides) were all pretty close and enjoyable even though there isn't many people playing. Dropships new camera is pretty... weird... strangely enough, though, I felt that my handling got better with the new camera. Not sure if they also changed the handling or it's just a side effect of the camera, I wonder. The new shield/armor effects in vehicles are beautiful, but in dropships they appear over the thrust << (maybe someone should have a look at this after other more critical stuff is in place). That was my overall experience so far, I'm liking it. People gonna complain, they always do. Patch looks good, let the fixes come.

Considering CEOPyrex is a KBM user, he's horribly mis-informed if he thinks that aim-assists are applying to his shooting. What you're seeing there is hit detection lag. It's pretty obvious there's little to no aim-assist in effect since its very purpose is to keep you on target!

Isn't it the hit detection that is getting you killed? Why don't you try turning it off and trying the new hit detection by itself? At any rate, aim assist or not a good player would get you killed in the same scenario, so why bother?
