Because the amount of testers vs the amount of players is insane.
Also, video game testers aren't looking for the same things that players are, when they are testing.

Yes, whether its outside testers are in house testers, there are always testers. Also, I can 100% promise that the Sony testers are looking for any of the issue that we have found. All that they care about is whether the code will damage the system, or make it vulnerable. |
