CCP: Well... Most people choose Chocolate... Customer: Well that's nice, but I like Vanilla so can I just get that? CCP: NO! You're going to get chocolate and you're gonna LIKE IT! Customer: Ok ok fine I'll take chocolate... grabs cup offered Customer: WTF? This cup is only half full and it looks like it's already melted. CCP: We are still working on that. Frozen Ice Cream is coming Soon(TM).

It is almost always bad to take away player choice/freedom. You must be pissed Funk, you've been trolling the forums pretty hard. I got to play 1.4 for about an hour this morning and I didn't think it was quite as bad as you and some others make it out to be. Then again, I was DS3 aimbotting, so maybe that helped :)

I've been teetering on the edge hoping 1.4 would bring some light, but it's been an utter disappointment. Trolling the forums is my last respite before moving on.

VOTING WAS ONLY SPPOSED TO BE FOR FACTION WARFARE SO WE COULD VOTE FOR SPECIFIC SYSTEMS..... old matchmaking was fine, all they needed to do was show individual battles as contract style jobs that players could sign in and join....

Well that's true but, a week ago I could choose what Ice Cream I wanted and when. Now CCP is acting like my mom and telling me I need to buy lactose-free Vegetable-flavored ice cream or get nothing.

I hear you, don't get me wrong I had a moan to my gf about the lack of choice after the update, same as I did after 1.3 when the two ambush modes got merged. I guess that the ability to choose your preferred game mode will work better once everybody who plays the game has got the update. Why not hold on for that eh it sounds like you'd be a loss to the community.

Old match making was not fine. The new matchmaking has issues, but the old match making was more or less non-existent because every other match was a pub stomping.
