see title. skill has no effect, I have skill at lvl 5 and it definately takes longer than 1.05s to lock a target. |

Just read "fire off my whole swarm clip in five seconds" ...
The only difference I see is that lock-on takes a little longer.
And my clip/reserve is 3/3 vs 5/1.
So what are these guys talking about? Firing off clips in 5 seconds ... am I doing it wrong (again)?
Running WikiHahas Prof IV.
I've observed no improvement to fire-rate or lock-on speed. |

they refer to the delay after firing, it is alot shorter now.
