Shield extenders are out. Complex damage mods are in. I seem to die instantly now, and seems the only way to play now is to insta kill faster than the enemy can.
Anyone else found any other tips for surviving 1.4? |

If you use m/kb now is a good time to never ever look down your sights.
Besides that? I don't know. Run away? Was working for me (after I shot every bullet I had at a guy who still had most of his health).  |

I hear rubberbanding in the MCC still gets you SP's without any risk of insta death. |

Stealth is much easier now or at least thats what i felt just stay out of people line of sight get a better position and pick em off quickly. buffer shiled seem less useful it still works but is simply out classed by armor buffer now. |

Just went 9-0 in an ambush and ranked first with:
Scout G/1 - Series
GEK-38
Scrambler Pistol
Flux Grenade
A-45 Quantum Active Scanner
Complex Light Damage Modifier
Basic Shield Extender
Basic Armor Plates
Basic Armor Plates
A bit ridiculous on paper but it's working. |

just went 15/2 in an ambush. I was literally tearing people apart. |

is leveling up my active scanner really worth it? I been getting by with just my flux level 1 scanner. |

Obviously. Although people can get away with crazy buffer if in a squad that moves well together. Three Assault Rifles shooting at the same target is generally more effective than one with three complex damage modifiers. |

stacking 3 mods is overkill. most I would use is 2. Also I agree. team work still triumphs over any solo load out. |

they die without high armor regen in the long term,so armor is still meh in most cases |

But as a buffer armor is better shield is better for hit and run armor is better for a straight up fight because it has better buffer, shield is not useless yet it has its uses but pure buffer fit shields are no longer top of what they do as they have less hp. Also armor has the ability to make use of rep tools shield has no such support its more or less balenced right now |
