Can, yes. Can I get more detail as to why? Because you can attack Locked districts too.
How would you overall chain the sort mechanism. Because the page you linked is first sorted by corp, then by timer. Do you want online by corp and then timer? Or online by lowest clones? Or online by corp and then sorted by lowest clones? Lots of options here. |

Umm most of the time when we use this we try to see how many are attackable by a certain timer.
Its for mass attack war purposes
THIS is the number 1 tool for a lot of people now when planning large scale attacks, what you've made is awsome. |

Say we want to mass attack the 00:00 timer, we would want to see a list of 00:00 timers that are online or locked, so we can see how many districts we will be able to attack at said timer.
If you want to throw in more technical stuff by all means lol
Just trying to see if it can be sorted without having to look at districts that cant be hit. |
