Last I checked they were 4/4 slots (Proto is 4/3), and maybe have a little extra CPU/PG, but I'm not sure about that. Edit: Ah you only need Caldari Medium level 5 as shown in the next post, but I don't have that either, and it gives another equipment slot as well (no extra CPU/PG then?).

Really disapointed they consider officer shield suits only having an advantage of another low slot, doesent have much to do with shields other than regulators. More fitting is cool but i was expecting 5 highs and 4 lows to youknow, make use of that fitting. Neat, another equipment. Cool and all but not game changing. I would not put an officer gun on this "officer suit". An officer suit should be terrorfing and destructive like the officer weapons

It could be if you knew where to put that uplink that you normally wouldn't have or ammo to spam that extra couple grenades. It could very well be game changing.
