You got me there... Anyways yeah I need that LogiBro Assault Scrambler Rifle
I've been asking for it since mid E3 build ... I don't hold much hope of getting it :-( lol
but yeah more Officer weapons are wanted / needed ... and can't hurt anyone (but the poor sap being shot by them ) |

I could be wrong but I believe the dev was named after the weapon ... not the other way round ... sure I remember reading that way back in early beta. |

I had to look that up ... but Ensigns from what I gather are/were the lowest rank of commissioned officers so they would be in the same hierarchy. Granted they were the dude who carried the flag and probably made tea, but they were still officers rather than ranks of soldiers. |
