they updated the text descriptions earlier, im guessing the last downtime. the changes wont take effect until the patch. |

Don't know about skills but I've noticed turrets not rendering at ranges they were a week plus ago. Knowing where some are I'll point a FG at them and then they suddenly appear. |

Yeah, because CCP is that stupid they did this by mistake. They totally didn't do it intentionally because we've all been begging for detailed earlier reveals of important things like skills so we won't/will spec up for them considering what they will be like.  |
