I'm not sure if anyone has noticed but in the new Caldari Bootcamp event page, in the top banner there are two tanks shooting at something. If you look at the tank on the right you see it is all black with orange/red lights on it. This may just be a new paint job for tanks they where playing with but if you look at all proto thing in the game they are all black with the same lights. If it is proto tanks CCP did a good job with making them look badass.

Sometimes they make those by tweaking in-game scenes they've set up. So maybe they have them available in the dev's own beta builds. |

Well, if they took the BO HAV's stats from before (adjusted for changes for it not to be OP compared to other HAV's), it would be pretty beastly. A 4/4 slots, speed like crazy (it was about 75-80% the speeds of LAV's), and a low scan profile. I loved the thing. Sadly, if I lost it, 3.2 mil down the drain  |
