Why is it maps are one sided in domination. You have one side with two supply depots three clone centers and a plethora of turrets and buildings. Other side non scalable mountain side, supply depots spread far apart one clone center and maybe 1 turret. One side is a perfect for sniping, has buildings you can scale, high terrain, and just the right distance from the objective. The other no buildings, the only terrain usable is not that great of a spot, easy to see or not the right height. Is there a reason some maps are more one sided than the other? I feel like its an uphill climb from the start and no matter how hard you try it seems to go bad very early. Anyone else feel the way I do? |

Because maps are not as big as they should be, sockets are generated randomly, installations are auto-deploy instead of purchased and manually deploy by players, because the planets parameters haven't been set yet... in other words... we aren't playing the game how we suppose to be playing the game, so most maps end up being unbalance. |

Or you might want to think of it as an attacker/defender scenario, where the defender has had time to do a site survey and chose the best way to deploy available assets in the area. Whereas the attacker has minimal time to deploy resources while they drop on ground relying more on an element of "suprise"...
That's the way I see it anyway... |

Attacker / Defender of what ? Resources ? Planets ? Corporation Base ? ....What you defending exactly ? and what it is that you attacking ? ... again... we aren't playing the game as intended, maybe by 1.6 we will start to see the "real" game-play emerging ? |

Yeah I don't know man, it's just my rationalization of it. It used to bother me too. This way of looking at it fit my sense of order.
One day it will all mean something... Hopefully not just to the eggers. |

I like the Attacker and defender feel to it.
I like playing as the attacker because it's harder. |
