The ambush spawn system needs serious changes. Twice today, I spawned and then died to a grenade with ~.25 seconds of spawning. The spawn system should select map locations with few/no enemies, not those PRESENTLY being attacked. |

That's kind of the point of being ambushed. It's a random slaughter until someone takes control and imposes order. Usually this is achieved by a logi dropping an uplink in a defensible position and you all converging on that spot to protect it. When an "Eye of the Storm" is established you can then head out and curb stomp the enemy.
Hope you have at least one good logi. Support that logi. Seize the day.
And understand you're going to lose some.

the spawn system is screwed. To continually be placed directly in front of multiple reds and killed before you have a clear screen is just horribly game. It's the worse kind of game programing. No game should be designed so that you can die before you are fully resurrected.
The Game matching is also poorly designed. I had three matches in the Academy, then I was thrown into matches where I constantly see death from Prototype suits and prototype weapons. How is it balanced to throw players with less than 510k sp into matches with players that have 10 million sp or more? |

I've been sometimes placed right into the path of LAV's, to die within less then a second, ontop of gernades, in front of 3 people with proto Ar rifles or forge guns, basically instant death kind of stuff, where by when I figure out what is happening I am already Knocked out and bleeding. I've even had it where 5 enemies spawned around me at the same point, I killed one of them before they just lit me up. It would be nice to be put in spots that are relatively safe, rather then death traps. |

There is a trick around this, wait until the timer reaches about 14:45 (it can be anytime between 14:47-14:40) and you will spawn with the rest of your troops. I use this every time I play ambush and it works. |

But on the flip side, I hate it when the game spawns me on the other side of the map. Alone. Luckily I have a free LAV but it's still silly.
At least they fixed that issue where you spawned deep in the red line. |
