Couple of things first:
1) Not me slating 2) Not trolling 3) Not QQ 4) Genuinely curious
Who out of the TeamPlayers that fight in these PCs is ACTUALLY a TP and not someone that's been taken in from another corp in Dust? Because I know TP has roots pre-Dust. It's Cubs, Hightimes.... who else? |

It's funny you mentioned that.
PHI came in with about 45 people to dust.
They have about that same number now. However... only about 15 of those were of the original 45. I'd be curious to see what TP has to say, as well. Or any of the corps having come to Dust "pre-fabricated". |

Cubs, HT, Imagio, and a few others.
Xero knew them cause he played socom2 with c3?
Spinner, me, zdub, and Xero and Legend and the shotty twins all have roots in PFBHz
Doc and I think Lunatic Kota came from IXI
Deluxe, Ragna, Flaming Reaper2, Exergonic all came from Like a Boss merger with TP's in Chromosome.
Regnyum we all know. Alldin we all know.
Fiddlestaxp was here since Chromosome.
Nasgoth got here from those guys that hit there max in the beta.
Djinn Hellsreaper. you get it.

Ahh ok, so we're talking about... 4 members? and then probably about 10 roughly including those who have been recruited from scratch? |

Sounds about right.
Of course there's others that don't play anymore. Puffin Nugs and the like. But they're in the family, much like Imps has a family and pro hic and SyNergy.

And BurgezzE.T.F, all members either born and raised, or have been recruited from early stages in their Dust cycle

Here's a history listen on TP
In closed beta they were literally like 15 guys. Back when corp matches were 8 vs 8 they could hold there own and only seemed to recruit friends.
This was before Chrome. When chrome launched they grew a bit more and won some Corp Battles earning them fame as the, 'little guy that could." They often got trolled for being small - but they kept there cool and said friends over concrete victories - this was around the time Cubs first started really posting on the forums.
When PC dropped they had grown substantially - around 30! :O They picked up more people and eventually grew to 50+ in a week i believe. But having always played together and PC being broken - they quickly grew to fame and a flock of new applicants. There victory for STB cemented that fame - and they became the good guys of MH.
They were never big - they were probably the smallest corp on the leaderboards. So what does it matter who there 'originals' were? |

Like I said, I was curious. I wanted to know if their members had been their from the beginning or if this was a new development. Pure curiosity... but that post pretty much answers my question. Thanks Sota! |

Talking about Bobthe843 Cakeman coming back.
but you'd have to also understand the old story of the prodigal son as well. |

Aha of course, ol' Bob. He is a testament to the loyalty of our members. Prodigal son, ******** son, wish-he-was-adopted son, any aforementioned are adequate. I hope you're reading this Bob |

i am and if i recall i beat slap before joining PFBHz. then i died then i got tank glitch. also i never learned anything from his cause we don't use the same tactics. so in other words it was just fun destroying every tank with him. also i never played with him much. XD
Also i have been in burgezz since the start. about 5-6 years now. PFBHz was just a little detour. :D
also spell my name right it's obviously BobThe843CakeMan with no space.
i learned my best tanking tactics from ted and lurch and slap merely expanded on it. :) |

IMPs had around 40-45 including the eve players we were always in the top 3 leaderboards and anyone that knows anything knows that's excellent considering the other corps had several hundred players and barely ever lost a game we proved that quality over quantity is true but we didn't start from scratch either only top players got in, unlike TP we wernt the good guys everyone complained and wanted us gone and we moved on leaving the top up for grabs, and regnyum and zitro were forum warriors..good times |

close, numbers a little off, but pretty close.
HT and Imagio started when beta was first released.. just them 2, for months.
I didn't enter the picture here until November, and I got about 10 oG TEAM to come with.
after a week I think there were about 8 of us total, 5 or 6 really getting into the game
I gave it about a month, tryin to get all the oG TEAM. most tried it, most didn't like it.
my boy Scranton, got him to come back when chromosome dropped (he d/l it early on and deleted it)
his response? "Still looks Dusty" and he deleted again.
currently there are 7 oG TEAM on the roster, only 4 of which have any activity. the rest has come from dust as we have built up here. many if not most are already a part of the family, playing other games with each other as we do, looking toward HHour in the not overly distant future...
Xero is a unique case because we've known each other for years, but never in the same clan. SlR KNlGHT, an oG TEAM was actually in a clan with Xero before he joined TEAM, so theres that connection ;-) |
