First post on here ,,,, so bare with me .. When i first applied militia nano hives to my free suite for days when I'm just grinding isk , ii quickly realized that they didn't resupply my much more than two locus grenades and a clip of ammo , having the ability to use advanced at the time i thought that once i got to level five , the efficacy would raise them to a decent level (at least replenish my full ammo) . This did not turn out to be the case . I understand that in the previous build they where overpowered . And a nerf was in order , but i think it went too far . In my opinion (and i would like to know yours ) i think this should be looked at in future updates . I feel that if I've put the skill points in to it . At level five i should be able to squeeze out one full resupply for my free fit out of a militia nano hive . Also i really think there should be a way of reducing the pg cpu usage a little , even if we had to do a nanocircutry proficiency . |

I agree that it shouldnt kick ass . but it should hold enough to replenish one person , the chances are , that you wont be the only person resupplying off it . Plus you should only get one full refill once your up to level five .

If I recall correctly, advanced hives and proto hives have the same number of nanite (72) while standard only has a third of that (24). And are you sure an advanced hive isn't fully replenishing your ammo, it should if you're the only one using it. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you're main concern is how much grenades "cost" the hives. I feel your pain, but it is absolutely necessary so we don't have people laying down hives right outside of a base and spamming grenades into it. Also Nanocircuitry has the bonus of being the only skill that unlocks two separate items (hives and injectors). Pointless Edit: No more likes please, just noticed I am now "1337"
It is a problem that it replenishes grenades first , and nanocircutry was a priority because you get both hives and injectors (also reducing the need for repair tool operation) . I just feel that after spending all the skill points neccery , i should get just the one clones supply of ammo from a BPO. PC matches are so costly , i have no choice but to sometimes run in my free suite , plus i feel it improves my game running in crap gear .

When making a cheap fit you are to have a poor outcome...that's the way it is. If you want more then switch to STD. They aren't all that expensive and you get plenty of ammo (or 3 grenades) and the ability to hold a second hive for even less CPU/PG. If your issue is that your a sniper then go for the Compact hives. If you have yet to take any armor damage then they will resupply you even faster then the STD hives. You can only carry one but the CPU/PG and ISK prices are the same as STD.
`Sigh. Just another fun game of DUST .
Im a logi bro so i cant. Really carry two , have to have a variety of toys for my squad , i run a total BPO suite except for the hive which is a k2 and the injector (basic) for the cpu reduction .

As to your comment about militia nanohives becoming more effective as you skill up, that's what unlocking better nanohives is for. Even the basic nanohive will restock a full fit and you can carry two of them, not to mention they use less CPU/PG.
If you want to run a pure BPO suit you'll have to accept the sacrifices - in this case, deal with a crappy nanohive.
Where do you see a five % reduction ? Or have you not played since the last build . We skill into things to become more proficient in they're use , hence this post about them becoming more efficient as you put more skill points in to the said skill . Sorry for talking to you like a child . But you didnt give me much choice ....

Sorry for talking to you like a child . But you didnt give me much choice .... I have only been playing since Uprising. The nanocircuitry CPU reduction bonus is an undocumented but actual bonus. Try equipping a nanohive/injector and assuming you have skilled into it, see if the documented CPU matches the actual increase of CPU usage on your suit. You will see that there is a 5% reduction on CPU per skill level. The only "proficiency" bonuses that make existing items more efficient are the skill bonuses on modules and weapons proficiencies. With the exception of nanocircuitry (by way of the CPU reduction), skilling into any other piece of equipment does not make your already unlocked equipment more effective, it just unlocks better versions of said equipment (true with repair tools, active scanners, drop uplinks, explosives). Actually, I have heard that skilling into remote explosives make detonation/active delay shorter, but I have yet to see this for myself. So basically you are complaining about nanocircuitry in that it doesn't make nanohives/injectors more efficient as you skill up, when in fact it is the only equipment skill that does (in terms of CPU reduction). Have YOU played since the last build?
How are we supposed to know its there if its unducumented , my post is not complianing its trying to see what others think and in the hope of getting them improved . I play as a logistic , i have to resupply a full squad . This is unfeasable with blue print nanohives but not with other things , in a team based game , i play for my team , so comments about dealing with crappy nanohives dont go down well when im trying to construct a debate on the issue .
