i just logged in and noticed my boosters are gone, i hade nearly 4 months of active boosters left and nearly 2 months of passive left, ccp FIX THIS PLEASE, this may be a bug because i extended the booster ammount about 2 or so weeks ago with all my boosters, can you please give them back or give me a full refund in aurum for their total price? |

Hi, we check your booster log and found you installed 4 30-days active boosters and 2 30-days passive boosters in 14th Aug. And your booster status is normal. We didn't find any problems. We recommend you check your booster status again. If you still got problem, you can submit a ticket on the customer support as Funky Chunky provided. Our GM will help to solve your problem. |

Not saying that this is even possible but whenever you see Any Odd Information at the UI or when you first log in. Restart DUST.
Your data is kept on their servers. Sometimes the client/server network communication gets touchy.
If you get negative SP or anything weird with your character data, before you post, send a trouble ticket to CCP or stomp around in your game room ... restart DUST. You Might be able to log out and log back in from the UI as it should work. If you still have funky results then restarting will clean up the confusion. |

I checked my booster status after i re downloaded dust, they were suddenly there rite after i re downloaded, this may have occurred by corrupted data or a glitch, if its happened to other people.. i don't know, but thank you for the status report. |

I think you may have went a bit overboard by re-downloading the game client, but hey, it's still just as effective as restarting Dust. |
