I think forge guns are much better now, because I was able to move back and forth, and stop long enough just to get the shot off. During Chromosome, my shot would've been off by half a football field. Now, it's fantastic.

Is it actually basketball sized or is it merely pictured that way and the size of a bullet? I was in a turret once with a relatively small gap in front of me, still got shot through it.

The Assault FG is much more skill intensive to use. (player skill not SP) Especially against a Tac Sniper Rifle user who if he is decent can pop you in the face 3 times for a kill, without a having to rechamber a round, before you know what happened.
