I'm wondering why no matter what game mode you play the isk reward always seems to stay around the same. Think about the difference in time it takes to play a full skirmish compared to play a 50 clone ambush it doesn't make sense to me to be earning around the same amount of isk. For 150 clones I want 3 times what 50 clones earns me. I would like to play skirmish and domination more but there is no incentive for me to. |

I will see if I can find an answer to this for you. This is more a game design department question and not level design. Let me get back to you as soon as I can. |

So the response I got was that those numbers have not been touched in a very long time. They are currently tasked to investigate it and possibly make some changes for 1.5 / 1.6 (note: possibly). It was suggested that it could currently possibly be tied to lots of death in ambush vs lower death in skirmish. However that was just a off the top of the head guess.
Also since the pool of money relates to the cost of gear lost, ambush might get bumped by that as well.
Suffice to say, it is actually an item they are looking into VERY soon. |

I don't see it being a high priority because it doesn't really fit in the Eve Universe in terms of an actual battle going on. Despite all the movies, skirmishes don't up and occur over briefcases - let alone flags.
On the other hand, I wouldn't mind seeing this as more of an e-sports thing, since people are so determined to see it happen in Dust xD |

1 Sabotage, 2 captering Intel, 3 VIP, theses all work as a corp vs corp match and I can even seeing them in pubs, so game mode back grounds in order, 1 destroy enemy clone generation and make it back to lz for extraction. 2 pick up enemy Intel pertaining to next attack drop in hack location and send data back to home base. 3 VIP the mode you are trying to get one player into an enemy base a live so they can blow it up if VIP is killed 3 times match ends. Now each match can have it own clone count for both sides but as long as we get more game modes it will keep dust from getting stale. |

Forgive me for piggybacking on this thread's title and CCP LogicLoop presence... But:
Is it technically possible to create "neverending" game mode? Without ISK, WP, SP, KDR gain(KDR loss)? No objectives. Just for tramping around? Only requirement would be need to buy own clones (or clone "subscriptions" contracts) from Genolution at market price to be able to spawn on ground a la Ambush style. Everybody are in one team with FF turned on. Vehicles, RDVs, CRUs, SupDeps, skyfalling ground turrets. Outposts too. Maybe some "lost" vehicles too? One could stay there as long as she wish or till the last "personal" clone left. Or no ISK left to pay for "subscription" clone.
How about adding one such map for every (for now, only baren/temperate) planet in New Eden? Accessible via star map. Would DUST battle servers handle this if everybody get on one planet creating ~5000 "instances of battles"? |

Although I tend to believe that you may be correct about the number of deaths with gear that costs isk thing it is still something that should have greater weight. Often I finish skirmishes with cloning the enemy team and still find the reward the same or only marginally higher than in an ambush. |
