change the damage to 100.
with hmgs rate of fire and you have the caldari varient of the hmg fight there.
CCP is to lazy to do such a thing thou... lets be honest. |

Animations are simple enough just like how they do reload animations except this is no reload NO RELOAD, internal flaps from inside the barrel comes out elonging the barrel for a more proper HMG look. Since it'll be rail based, theres no need to add extra animations for spinning but preferably a change into a more lighter tone when firing. Small flaps on the side of the FG can open to reveal gill-like exhausts to vent rapid fire FHMG. The giant FG bullet will have to turn into tinier rail bullets that illuminate the ground with a blue hue.
Only thing that could be a little more complicated is creating a secondary ammo type which seems easy enough FG has 12 shots HMG has about 1200 I believe That means for every 1 FG shot, it would take away 100 FHMG
For the sake of differentiating FHMG from HMG, I would lower ammo count (both capacity and max ammo), increase damage, lower rate of fire. When you get hit by it, you'll KNOW you're getting hit by it.
CCP/GM you can move this thread to suggestions if you can get one of the weapon devs to look at this :( |
