I used the Tac AR before it was called OP, i tried to make it work but it was just crap in chromosone, then the patch came and it was awesome, then people jumped on the gun and it got its OP status, i specced out of it and into the Scrambler so i distanced myself from an OP gun without exploiting it n*ts off for weeks on end.

On this game, no not yet but if I did find an exploit I wouldn't tell. I would keep it to myself and be greedy, just saying I do not like to share. Its not cheating, its some one beating the system. Also I looked into what maybe causing the glitch or exploit with melee. Its not a glitch its an item that one can get if you skill into it. I figured this out when I did a little investigation. Also there is an item CCP gave away 100 to be exact and these items are red and they give speed and melee damage bonus. Now if you combine all these items you get my point. This is what is causing everyone grief. If they lowered the bonus on one item this would be taking care of.

It's still cheating, no matter whose fault it is. Honestly I have no idea what exploit your talking about (probably melee which I have yet to see) but if your getting an unfair advantage over other players then technically its cheating, specially when this exploit obviously goes beyond game mechanics and normal game function. For example the Caldari Logistics was not cheating, the Tac AR was not cheating, what was cheating was using a turbo fire controller with the TAC-AR.

Melee is not cheating, its just stacking proto melee damage mods - something that is in the game and you can invest to get.

For all we know you could be talking about LLAV murder taxis, meanwhile making everyone thing you're talking about the melee glitch.
