How about a driverseat lock on the lavs, that the owner can turn on or off via the wheel like they do for squad commands.
Why do we need this?
On many occasions I have spawned into a match with noobs losing and want I want to try and win, but don't feel like getting killed 50 times. So I call down my lim fully decked out with a level 5 rail gun @ 280K ISK and go off and start killing from a tactical position taking out installations and vehicles, then some noob runs up jumps into MY Lim and drives off and kills us both. Noob down 1K ISK me down my suit 70K + Lim 280K for 350K ISK lost to a team mate's stupid actions.
Now this would not happen in a corp match, but I am not in a corp and play pub matches, so it would be nice if their was a driver seat lock. I could set it to lock (stays locked until I die or am gone for 2 min), jump out hack an installation or get on my gun and do some damage and not worry about some noob on my team. Hacks on vehicles should still work, it just prevents my team mates from stealing or costing me ISK.
Any thoughts? |

I've been saying the same thing since the beginning of the closed beta, when someone stole my 3m Kubera and almost blew it up (the bastard jumped out at half shield). I kept it, but it scared me shitless. |

why not have a remote recall so if someone takes off in your ride you can send them to the MCC?
i'd even settle for just the vehicle disappearing and leaving the passengers in the nest of enemies they were trying to roadkill. |

I know the feeling bro, I pimped out my ride to kill installations and then got it stolen. The other day I was killing installations that are behind the red while protecting an assault and some noob stole it with me on the gun and used it for all of 15 sec and got us killed in the red trying to run people over.
Don't these people have any respect! It is not their lav |

Completely off topic but regarding your "lim fully decked out with a level 5 rail gun @ 280k ISK" ... uh ... you realize all turret damage on LLAVs is cut in half? Your proto small rail would be doing a lot more damage if it was attached to a Methana instead. |
