After spending the last few days in meditation, contemplating and weighing out variables on all sides of the conundrum this war has left me with, I have reached a conclusion.
The dyst0pian Corporation does not support the war against EoN and therefore will no longer be placing its tag behind attacks against them. And here are the reasons why:
1) Quite recently I almost lost my district on Oddelulf lll to EoN due to the fact I had broken rules I had not been familiarized with, but they spared me even though there where some who wanted to see me off that district. The rules were not created solely by EoN but in Collaboration with the other top corporations/alliances of the time, they are really the only ones left still trying to enforce these rules.
2) And why not enforce some rules that will make the game better for the little guy. Because if you pay attention that is what they are trying to do. Corporations that may not be ready yet to enter PC now have a chance to get into PC and get the experience they need to eventually make the transition into real PC. EoN is in support of the little guy getting the training that will one day turn him into a killing machine, they just ask we abide by some basic rules.
3) If they did not care about the future of this game for everybody then why even hold discussions on ways to improve such things as PFC here in the forums
4) Will the next major Corp or Alliance that rises to power feel the same way about letting the small corps into PC at all? To be honest I'd rather not find out, EoN may not be perfect and who among us is, but at least they seem to be trying for something better.
5) And personally I really have nothing against them
Likewise with the leaders of FEC I harbor no ill will towards them either which is why my corporation will hence forth be neutral in this war.
Unless I or my corp members are paid to participate as a ringer in a battle or two (hey we all need the ISk)

Take your blinders off bro, people have showed us time and time again, they are not doing it to save the game they are doing it to pad there wallets.
But thats your choice to believe the lies, I do have friends here and there in EoN so I dont HATE them BUT I dont like the petty sh*t that goes on.
Main point of this: They care not about the community, this is New Eden people here lie and cheat there way up the ladder. All the PR posts they throw out are to put the blinders on you while they run the backroom deals.
P.S. This is my opinion alone, not my corps. Didnt post this to argue either. Have a good day ladies and genitals. |

Which is better for "the little guy":
1. EoN sells small corporations a tiny smattering of districts on a single planet for huge profits
2. Getting "the little guys" to just attack people in PC of their own accord and actually play the game... without padding the pockets of the EoN Blob that owns most of PC anyway.
Is the buying and selling of a small handful of districts really a better way to get corps involved than simply encouraging corps to, y'know, ATTACK PEOPLE? |

You can't experience PC by being on PFC. You can battle 16v16 but without the threat of losing your district, you are not really experiencing PC. PFC should be treated like the battle academy. You stay there for a two weeks or so, battling and training your corp members. And then you have to give it up for a new corp and be thrown into the beast, which is PC.
Also, you almost lost a district and that's why you're backing out of FEC? Does that mean that you hope to not be attacked by an EoN corp since you stopped attacking EoN? |

We never even had anything against them going in, anyways. It was always just to have more PCs and have a bit of fun. When we come close to having the one district we own torn from us, the fun is over. I agree with the decision that was made. |

And why shouldn't they if you cant beat them then **** off and find your own space.... EVE has laws as simple as that, one day you will have your own space, until then you just have to push off. |
