Just called in two Tanks, about 1.5 Mil each (Spider Tanking woo.) and hardfroze.
Despite my Squad keeping them alive, I don't get them back. This really needs to be looked at CCP.

Why would it matter? If it dies, you lose it.
I'm not asking that if I get dced my tank is instantly given back to me, I'm asking that if I dc and my squad saves my tank, then I'll get it back, if they lose it I lose it.
