Caldari tanks to get their shield recharge rate up to somewhere between 30-50 HP per sec.
Shield boosters to either restore a instant set amount of shields.
Or
Make shield booster increase shield tanks natural shield re charge rate i.e super charge it for 15 secs to say 500-800 percent of its current rate.
Make the engineering skill increase PG again.
Give Gallente tanks more base PG.
Lower armour mods movement penalty. |

CCP i really hope you make the Caldari pilot suit bonus the following
-Caldari pilot suit bonus +15% to vehicle shield recharge rate per level.
that would be a maximum of +75% to me that should be enough to make passive tanking viable and it seems like a skill perfectly befitting of the caldari and it would also be worth shelling out 2 million+ SP for |

The pilot suits we saw for the 2 days it was in our skill trees would help Shield tankers a lot... Even make Shield hardeners worth while |

Yeah, base tank stats need fixing ASAP. I think making boosters more effective at restoring shields is another step in the right direction. |

General HAV price cut, give back the PG original values
Where are all the AVers? They say they can kill our tanks with 2 nades and then cry when we ask for a price reduction.
Enforcer: delete movement penalty make them cost like standard tanks or less (like the specialistic dropsuits)

AVers have actually been okay with a price reduction. Do you even read any of the million other posts on this?
Imho, shield tanks are fine. Its almost impossible to get through those shields with AV nades and Swarms. The only counter to a shield tank is a forge gun because the plasma cannon is a joke. I think something needs to be done about the FG and PC, nothing to do with shield tanks. |

The problem for shield tankers is that they can't get back into the fight because of their low HP per sec.
I caldari tanks are meant to have lower overall HP but recover it faster so they can engage and disengage rather then fight the good fight as opposed to a Gallente tank which is me want to have more overall ehp(at least until Amarr get a HAV onto the field)
