As of late (approx 2 weeks ago) I have noticed a lot of heavys compared to before.
Also they seem to be doing really good, not saying OP just good. Of course this is a good thing but when I come on the forums and see people complaining about how heavys "don't fill their intended role" or "HMG needs buff" I just facepalm and cry myself to sleep.
Keep in mind my alt is half devoted to tanks, half devoted to heavys. I run standard heavy frame with standard HMG (sometimes with a complex damage mod if I'm feelin special  ) and I can say; it doesn't need a nerf, nor buff. It's fine... recks people's **** in CQC and does a little damage at mid range.
So yeah, back on to the topic; so now I even notice a bunch of my corp mates that usually run medium suits are running militia heavy with militia forge.
One more thing I have to ask thy peoples of thy forums, do you think the heavy suit takes skill?
I don't I just think it requires bloodlust and *patience. It's pretty much just aim hold down button, throw grenades, and jump as much as a fatty can....

Yes it takes skill. Try and hold a position while a horde of angry over the top gun totting psychos try and kill you. Your the slowest and everyone thinks you are there for them to bury there grief and anger into you. |

Once I switched to using my alt with adv minmatar assault and no AR, I started noticing how devastating the heavies were. And yes, I have noticed a LOT more popping up, it's been this way for about a month now. Sometimes I run into entire squads of heavies, and they are BRUTAL and nearly unstoppable.
Unless somebody is running shield tanked (500+ shields) with an AR and core nades, the HMG is a formidable beast. |

heavies are easy in pubs... the problem with the class was always how well their proto is compared to the other classes, and how "well" they perform in competitive play.
Guarantee you, jump in a competitive game, and you won't find it easy. |

I made an alt a little while ago, and went through the academy with lazzors going 20+ a game. Not really a score to brag about (agains newbies) but it made them think it's the best gun in the game... |

i made an alt and saw one in the insta battle academy.
just out of curiosity though, since you guys are the defenders of the Helghast dream, does that mean you will be over on KZ Shadow Fall? |

yup same here,
except Nyian Spam
They are really good cause they can spam tanks, full proto suits, and even LLAVs!
I wish I was as talented as them... |
