Nice if true, but that leaves the system to be gamed by an initial deployment to drop hives and uplinks and a quick suicide to return to the MCC. Granted the equipment must last and be placed well enough to get used so that strategy won't work every time. |

Don't worry, AFKing isn't going anywhere; just might take a few more seconds to organize things before you put the controller down for the battle.  |

The funny thing is I, possibly ironically, can't even be bothered to AFK anymore. I'll care when the devs exhibit they care. IF they don't know what I mean- fire a gun in BF3, then in payday 2, then in dust.

We won't know if AFK is really dead until CCP either gives us a clear definition of what the game considers PVP actions, or we get the chance to play (or AFK) the new build ourselves. It'll probably be the latter. |

actually you will get get thukker all sir since every time you rejoin the game, assuming you do join the same game you reward will reset to zero again, the most you could hope for is less than a 100k isk which is tax invasion sir as of 1.4! |
