Isn't it better to do it now before the vehicle update so it can truly be balanced before vehicles get their buffs?
Its only one month between updates, so if happens that swarms become too effective with this patch, we can provide proper feed back and see how to balance them. |

Because they are already taking quite possibly the hands down best av weapon in the game and giving it a huge damage buff..
Right now.
With nothing to protect tanks in the month we have to wait till we get buffed.
Basically.. i would actually like to drive my tank in the next month. No i dont want to wait a whole month to have a chance of doing it. |

shouldn't AV and vehicle changes be tested and released together? |

I've been fairly hard on CCP in the past for doing exactly that.
So on this one I'm siding with CCP. Test the new swarms against known vehicles operated by pilots who know those vehicles well. Measure the results and adjust accordingly before next patch. I'm dead certain that Wolfman is going to be paying an obsessive amount of attention to the stats on this one.
Thankfully it's only for a month. |

but it aint a month, we have been waiting for vehicle fixes since may. Why can't we have vehicle fixes 1.5 and then readjust AV for 1.6...that way AV would only have to wait a month |

CCP has a large pile of good data on them and how they did against the current swarms.
When the new swarms come out they'll be able to compare against that big heap of good data and be able to much better to guage things than if they were comparing to only a month's worth of data where everybody was still learning their new vehicles and how to best use the new swarms. |

They're forcing vehicle users to work in TEAMS...which is a great thing. Vehicles shouldn't be solo-pwn mobiles, they should require anti-AV backup.
